Only 2% of CFPs are Black and this month the Association of African American Advisors is started a new program to help get more Black students in the financial industry careers. AAAA provide 100 students at HBCUs and other colleges for with free prep classes for the Securities Industry Essentials Exam, a first step in getting a CFP. Frank Holland talks to leaders at AAAA and students about the new initiative.
